We diagnose and repair TSI and TFSI petrol engines and TDI diesel engines. Our work covers timing drives, turbocharging, injection systems, engine cooling and emissions systems including DPF, EGR and SCR/AdBlue.

For TSI and TDI engines, the service procedure varies by engine design and code. When checking timing drives, it is important to distinguish between belt and chain drives; replacement intervals and range cannot be determined by model name alone. The oil and other vehicle fluids must meet the prescribed specification for the particular engine.

When running erratically or losing power, comparing the desired and actual values of boost, injection and operating temperatures helps distinguish the cause from the effect of the fault. For TDI, the condition of DPF is also assessed in relation to differential pressure, temperatures and regeneration conditions. The mere reporting of a filter failure does not necessarily mean that it needs to be replaced.

We provide diagnostics, maintenance and repairs of DSG transmissions and other automatic transmissions according to their design. We carry out transmission oil and filter changes, mechatronics diagnostics and service of all-wheel drive systems 4MOTION.

DSG gearboxes differ, among other things, in the design of clutches and oil circuits. The filling specification, the level control procedure and the service interval are therefore determined according to the specific type of gearbox, not just according to the number of gear stages. If there is a jerk, delay in starting or unusual shifting, the connection between the engine operation, clutches and mechatronics needs to be evaluated.

The 4MOTION designation also covers different designs. Maintenance of the all-wheel-drive coupling, transfer case and differentials depends on the particular vehicle configuration; the individual oil specifications are not interchangeable.

We use ODIS diagnostics, professional measuring equipment and dedicated workshop tools. We carry out fault finding, assess measured values and perform functional tests, basic settings and adaptations within the vehicle's technical capabilities.

ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) is a diagnostic system for vehicles of the Volkswagen Group. The fault memory provides default information, but the fault code itself does not specify a part to replace. The circumstances of the fault and the comparison of the measured values with the behavior of the vehicle are also important.

The diagnostic procedure therefore links data from control units with measurement and mechanical inspection. After the cause is removed, the result of the repair is verified. The need for a basic setting or adaptation depends on the intervention performed and the service procedure for the given vehicle.

Engine, transmission, brake and convenience system control units exchange information over data buses. Several fault messages may therefore share one cause, such as a power supply, earth connection or wiring problem. Checking the battery, charging system and electrical connections helps avoid replacing serviceable components unnecessarily.

We carry out regular service inspections, replacement of vehicle fluids and filters, repairs of brake and chassis systems, steering, electronics and air conditioning.

We also service selected Volkswagen hybrid and electric models, including the ID. range, within the scope of routine maintenance and diagnostics. High-voltage battery repairs and work on high-voltage components are not included in this offer.

We work according to the relevant service procedures of the manufacturer and with regard to the specific model, engine variant and equipment of the vehicle.
