For petrol and diesel engines, we deal with carbon and other operating deposits in the oil, fuel and intake system. We choose the appropriate procedure according to the specific engine, symptoms and inspection results. Not every cleaning method is suitable for every vehicle.

- BG – machine-assisted injection system cleaning: from 2 300 Kč including VAT.
- BG – chemical intake system cleaning: from 4 200 Kč including VAT.
- Mechanical cleaning of intake valves and ports with cleaning granules: individual calculation depending on the work required, granules actually used, intake manifold removal and refitting, and other materials.
How decarbonisation works
Chemical cleaning with BG Products: depending on the chosen procedure and suitability for the given engine, we clean the oil, fuel, injection or intake system. We use BG Dynamic Engine Cleaner for intensive cleaning of the oil system. The individual procedures are not interchangeable and we choose them according to the specific condition of the vehicle.
We mechanically remove carbon deposits from intake valves and ports using cleaning granules with simultaneous extraction and VW AG equipment (VAS 294 011/1A). This generally requires the intake manifold to be removed.
For mechanical granule cleaning, we prepare an individual estimate based on labour, granule consumption, intake manifold removal and refitting, and materials. The exact granule consumption is known only after cleaning.
What is important to know: decarbonization is a targeted service intervention, not a universal engine repair. It will not eliminate mechanical wear or all causes of increased oil consumption, erratic running or loss of power. Before starting, we will recommend a suitable procedure and discuss the scope and estimated price with you in advance.
