Specialized chassis repairs using original VAS service tools.
At J&S servis, we diagnose and replace rubber-to-metal subframe and suspension arm bushes on Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, SEAT and CUPRA vehicles.
Worn or damaged bushes can cause suspension knocking and vibration, imprecise steering, reduced stability or uneven tyre wear.
Replacement without unnecessary disassembly of the axle
Using dedicated press tools, we can replace bushes on selected vehicles without fully removing the subframe.
This procedure makes it possible to limit the scope of dismantling work, shorten the repair time and in some cases also reduce the total cost.
This replacement method depends on the vehicle design, access to the bushes and the manufacturer's procedure. Where necessary, we carry out the required partial dismantling.
Original service tools VAS
For subframe bush replacement, we use tools including the VAS 6779 A press tool. Suspension arm bushes are replaced using suitable press equipment for the particular component design.
Specialized fixtures enable controlled pressing of the original fit and precise pressing of the new part while observing the prescribed mounting position, orientation and service procedure.
Correct installation is essential to bush operation, repair durability and safe handling.

Wheel alignment check after repair
After replacing bushes, we assess the need for wheel alignment checks and adjustment against the work carried out and manufacturer requirements.
We use the professional Beissbarth VAS 701 011 3D wheel alignment system for measurement and adjustment.
Scope of repair and price
We determine the scope and price individually according to the vehicle, bush type, accessibility and suspension condition. Any additional work and wheel alignment are charged separately by agreement with the customer.
