Robotic tyre assembly - VAS 6616
The professional VAS 6616 (monty quadriga) automatic rim tool uses laser scanning of the rim contour and automatically controlled assembly tools. Enables gentle mounting and dismounting of tyres with minimal risk of damage to discs and tyre treads.
The technology is also suitable for demanding low-profile UHP tyres and run-flat tyres.
Diagnostic Balancing - Beissbarth MT ZERO 8
A modern diagnostic balancer enables accurate wheel balancing and checking of geometric irregularities of tyres and discs according to the available functions of the device.
It helps in identifying the causes of vibrations that may persist even after routine balancing.
Part of the professional procedure can also be optimizing the relative position of the tyre and the disc in order to reduce the resulting wheel spin.
Diagnostics TPMS / RKA / RDK – Continental
At J&S SERVIS, we carry out diagnostics of tyre pressure control systems of Volkswagen Group vehicles. We use professional Continental equipment and ODIS diagnostics.
Direct RDK systems use electronic sensors in each wheel. We check their operation, communication and system status. Depending on the vehicle, we also programme compatible replacement sensors and assign them to the vehicle.
Indirect RKA and RKA+ systems they evaluate changes in wheel behavior using ABS/ESC data. We carry out fault diagnosis and the necessary initialization according to the manufacturer's procedure.
When changing tyres or complete wheels, we check system operation as required and investigate any fault messages. The work always reflects the vehicle and its equipment.
Professional machine washing of wheels - Wulkan
The specialised Wulkan washer enables thorough cleaning of discs and tyres before diagnostic balancing.
The removal of impurities contributes to the reliability of the measurement and the quality of the resulting balance.
